Shore Trust has a Board of Directors who determines the Trust’s mission and purpose and guides the affairs of the Trust. The Trust has an elected Chairperson whose role is to lead and give direction to the Board of Directors and to ensure effective communication between the Board and Management. The Board meets every two months and all decisions made reflect the Trust’s mission and purpose.
The Trust employs a Manager to oversee the daily management of the home, staff and ensure the quality of support for the people in the home and community.
