We understand every person has an innate human dignity no one can take away.  Our purpose is to respect and uphold the dignity of each and every person.

We recognise that all people are unique and therefore each person’s support will be unique. Each person living in our homes is assigned a “key worker” of their choice to help identify their unique potential. We really listen to what it is that each person wants to achieve in their life. That’s what a good life looks like for them.

Staff are supported and encouraged to further their skills and knowledge by studying towards national qualifications related to working in the field of disability.
